However, if the customer receives the incorrect item or an item that is damaged, we will either initiate the exchange process for the incorrect or damaged item, at the customer's desire after conversation. SHIPPING INFORMATIONGround Shipping Smaller items will be shipped via UPS, FEDEX, or USPS depending on the overall size, weight, and quantity of your order. Freight Shipping Machines and other heavy products are shipped via freight carrier only and will arrive crated and palletized. Freight deliveries are curbside delivery only (white-glove services are not included). In the unfortunate event that damage occurs in shipping, we will need pictures of the damaged area on the machine as well as pictures of the outside and inside packing material in order to process a claim with the shipping company.
