He was in the Navy and sailed aboard the USS New Jersey during the end of WWII. The newsletter is printed double sided on 13" x 8" sheets of paper. It is held together by a staple at the top. The pages have been folded and have signs of handling and storage wear.....creases, marks and small tears. Ink is faded in areas.
