Description: WW2 GERMAN M40 CAMO HELMET This is a100% original German ww2 helmet, THIS IS NOT A BATTLEFIELD RELIC. This is a very special one of a kind helmet, unfortunately has the helmet been stored bad at some time so the helmet got some surface rust but nothing bad, the soldier camouflaged the helmet by applying some concrete on the shell, a big amount is still present until now, and around 70% of the original fiel-grey paint is present, one rivet is missing on the left side, but the other two rivets is still in place with washers and I am sure the liner newer been taken out, the leather is soft and playable, but the rear seam has lost its tread, The helmet is a ( Q64 ) cant se the batch number, helmet is nicely named in the rear skirt ( Grotjahn ). The helmet has a decal will be send as PM, I censured because of ebay policy. Photos are not included.
