Description: Original WW2 AXIS Italian Tank (Carro Armato Leggero L6/40) Periscope The Carro Armato Leggero L6/40 was a light reconnaissance tank used by the Italian Regio Esercito (Royal Army) from May 1941 until the Armistice with the Allied forces in September 1943. Only 432 were built. No major markings. Made from steel with a chrome plated inner tube. x2 lenses in perfect condition and you can see through them so the inner lenses and prisms must be in working order. The rubber eye piece has a split but is still supple. The rotating lock has a knob missing. Only 375 of the vehicles were manufactured so this is a rare item!! Excellent condition.
