This unique material provides excellent sound-deadening for quieter train operation. It also acts as a shock absorber between the layout surface and the tracks to cushion vibrations. Easily glued or tacked in place, it requires no pre-soaking before installation and won't dry out or crumble over time. Compatible with all applicable NMRA standards for roadbed, it can easily be used with cork or other materials. Install easily with Foam Tack™ Glue (ST1444).
