Description: This is a wool Scottish military cap with a round brass hat badge containing an amber colored center stone. The stamped badge has a wreath of thistles around the stone. The back has a C-clamp which dates it a little older than modern styles. My spouse had a military uniform collection and somehow this jewel missed the big sell-off. Lucky you. The base of the cap is 10.5 inches long when measured flat, which would make the circumference close to 21 inches. Email if you have questions. IMHO the hat pin would make a nice pin on its own and is worth the price by itself. But if that's too much, you might be able to pay what you want to. It just requires you to make that offer.
