It was sold in 1984 and then again, in 1999. Based on the label it appears this suit was made in the USA. It was purchased from a tiny rural farming community church thrift shop – this (freshly laundered) suit has been worn, it has signs of age and use, two (2) buttons have been replaced, there are some marks/discoloration, a couple of small repairs and some pilling. When I purchased it at the shop the volunteer told me that it brought back memories of her father going out at night to the outhouse wearing the same kind of underwear!
