Description: Small vintage ceramic donkey cart planter, marked Italy on bottom. Piece measures about 9 inches long. Donkey's right ear has suffered a chip to the underside, exposing the brown unfinished pottery color in this spot. Easy to miss, as ear is also painted brown. White spot on back right leg is not damage, but an area of missed paint. Small crack in glaze at rim of cart; easier to feel than see. Please refer to last 2 photos for clarification. Remains of original silver foil label inside cart, which is unreadable. Nice old piece which displays well.
