This painting is signed by one D. Zeleznik, who unfortunately I do not know much of anything about. I believe it to be at least a hundred years old, though it is not dated. It has some issues from aging, and will need restoration work. There are areas of crackling and loss- see photos. The design is excellent for many rooms and a large variety of decor styles. It makes this an excellent staple piece for your collection, one your friends definitely won’t have! A great collectors item, for use restoring display gifting or decor.
