Box has staining on half of the box. Box is bent some on inside bottom piece. Plastic window has come off, but is still inside the box. Mask in good condition. One tiny crack on upper left corner. Has some scuffing on nose. Has some brown and black scuffing and marks inside the mask. Several rips and tears on front of fabric costume. No rips in arms and legs or back of costume.
