Sleeves are padded at shoulders for a slight puff look. They are 9.5 in L from shoulder edge to hem. Fitted at waist with belt loop each side. Side Zipper of 9 in L. On right side. Hidden pocket on left side. Skirt section has Lilac color for 10.5 in , gray 14 in L, ending in Lilac of 6 in. Flat Pleated from waist in 2.5 in widths. Great condition. Lightweight cotton.
