Description: This is a great bit of ephemera documenting the stunning sights of George Washington’s famous home, Mount Vernon. Bound in the mailable, linen folio is a fold-out featuring glorious tinted images of Mount Vernon’s architecture, interior decor, and views. The entire piece is in good vintage condition with wear consistent with its age, use, and storage; there are creases, dog ears, some separations at the folds, edge wear & oxidation. Folded, the folio measures approximately 4.25”x6.25” and is used/posted. It has been postmarked May 23, 1928 with a canceled, red, two-cent George Washington stamp.
