There are a few small spots in the black areas where the shiny finish has worn off. There are some tiny, light scratches visible on the silver parts. The dish is very shiny so there is some glare in the photos. I do not know when it was made. There is a MADE IN JAPAN decal on the bottom. It also has "TF". I could not find a Japanese maker named TF. It measures 5 inches long, 3 inches wide, and about 1/2 inch tall. It weighs 62 grams (2.2 ounces). It sticks to a magnet so probably made of steel. I do not know when it was made. I could not find another one exactly like it for sale so it could be rare. Any information about this dish would be appreciated. Customer satisfaction is guaranteed.
