The cork on the stopper is in good condition still sits well and somewhat tightly. There is wear to the cork from previous use. The bottle stands 7 inches tall and is 11 inches tall with the stopper. The bottom of the bottle is 3 inches wide. Will hold 24 fluid ounces. The bottom of the bottle is embossed 4188 and reads, "Federal law forbids the sale or reuse of this bottle". This phrase was required on all liquor bottles sold in the US from 1935 to 1964, because of the bootlegging that took place during Prohibition. This requirement was no longer required when the law was repealed in 1964.
