This fantastic model made in SOMSO-Plast® shows two growth stages of lactarius torminosus also known as the woolly milkcap mushroom, there are examples of mature and immature mushrooms.It is mounted on a green plastic base surrounded by dried moss and a pine cone. SIZEHeight: 8cmWidth: 12cm Depth: 12cm CONDITIONMade from high quality SOMSO-Plast® and mounted on a green plastic base.This is a genuine vintage and as with any vintage item there may be signs of wear, whilst the overall condition is excellent there may a few chips and cosmetic marks Obviously this item is not new, it has been used in classrooms so there may be some light cosmetic wear, I have tried to photograph any wear I could see such a flaking paint, cracks or chips so please do check all photos carefully.
