Description: Vintage oil on board New England Country Landscape Original Ruth P. Newbury painting signed on the back of the board. The back outside frame measures approx. 17-5/8 X 15-5/8 inches the board measures approx. 12 X 14 inches. Painted on old artist board most likely in the 30s or 40s but exact year or decade unknown. What's wrong with it? Painting is in pretty good condition some minor paint loss, dings, dents, chips, cracks, scrapes, scratches, nicked edges, dents, dings, smudges, and crackling and needs a good cleaning as well. The frame has minor nicks, chips, dents, and dings, scratches, paint loss and loose corners and needs a good cleaning as well.
