Description: Gorgeous vintage Joseff of Hollywood book chain necklace, with a giant coin medallion pendant. The dimensional chain is high detailed and very well made. The Asian style coin is embossed on both sides with different scenes-- one side is a scene of a warrior battling a dragon, the other (backside) shows 3 figures in a garden of sorts. The coin has a square hole in the center, and hangs from a dual layered central link. Everything has the beautiful Russian Gold finish that Joseff is credited with designing. Total Length: 18 inchesCoin Diameter: 1.85 inches Closure: Hook I have scoured every inch of this necklace and cannot find a signature, but I'm sure collectors will recognize both the chain and the coin from other well known Joseff designs. I have seen this coin in other necklaces, earrings, a bracelet, and brooches. It is usually unsigned, but sometimes features the cursive signature cartouche on the "people side", and yet other times you can see the block print signature or the cursive cartouche on the "warrior side".
