Description: Vintage 1974 MARX Tin Doll House Metal Litho 2 Story Colonial 5 Rooms ~Good to OK Condition! Nice Vintage Metal Tin Litho Dollhouse with details in each of the 5 Rooms. Front of the House is Red and White. Has rust wear along the bottom and front left corner (see photos). One side has Window with Shutters and Flower Box with Flowers. The other side has White Flowering Bush. The 2nd Floor Top Left, Child's Bedroom has Toy Soldier's theme. The Bathroom has Blue tiles with Towels and Rug and Medicine Cabinet with Light above. The Top Right room has Green walls, Curtains, Yellow Rug and Fireplace. Has Pictures hanging on the walls. The 1st Floor bottom Left room is the Kitchen. Green with Yellow Curtains and Flower Pots on the Window Sills. Has Dishes hanging on the wall that look like Fiesta Dishes. Has rust along the floor edges. The Livingroom has Blue Walls, Yellow Curtains and White Flower Rug. Has a Fireplace with Book Shelves on one side and Ship with Mugs and Plates on top of the Fireplace. There is a Gun with a Horn hanging in the center. There is a Fire going in the Fireplace with Bello hanging on the side. Has a lot of Rust in the corner and along the floor edges (see photos). There is a dent on the floor (see photo). There are a few cracks on the corners of the Roof and missing a few of the White connectors (see photos). Has age wear and rusty spots (see photos).
