This note is circulated and has the following: heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has smudges, dark and dirty areas, grease stains, areas of discoloration - reddish ink stains near the lower left corner area and some on the back as well); edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough in many areas and oddly cut); edge indents/nicks (one larger tear along the top edge); heavy surface wear and fraying (areas of paper loss exist); no holes that I could see.
