I have not tested it but based on the condition of the box and the disc, I would assume that it is fine. And ot point out, there is a small piece of plastic missing from the finger area as shown in picture 3. It doesn't impede opening and closing the case but If there are any questions, feel free to ask but just wanted to to be honest.
