Measures 10 1/2"h x 8"w. In very good, like new condition. The boards are straight and the spine is strong. There is some foxing on the first three blank pages. The rest of the book is clean with no marks or writing. There are no torn, loose or missing pages. There is a small black mark on the edges of the top pages, maybe a remaindered mark.
