Description: MINI 3 PIECE TEA SET MID CENTURY. This small decorative set consists of a Tea Pot, Creamer and Sugar Bowl. The tea pot and sugar bowl each have their own lid. All made of ceramic porcelain type material. Each is decorated with large green leaves and a type of plump lily of the valley cockle shell design flowers. There was a makers name under the teapot, but over time its worn off. The only other identification marks are the numbers #298 and the letter H. There are no chips or cracks on any of the pieces. The leaves and accents petals are a deep maroon to pink hues. The cockle shell flowers are a light white color with infused pink shades. All the edges and plant outlines are done in a gold finish. Mid-Century 1941-1969 probable production period. This is a beautiful decorative set to display. I wouldn’t consider this a child’s set, but rather a decorative set for the visionary to decorate.
