Description: I purchased this at an estate sale. The item was one of many spares the gentleman had collected over the years. Even though it's never been used, sitting for so long has congealed the lubricants and dried on various areas. It will most likely need to be cleaned and re-lubed. The one piece has counterweight on it so I'm not sure if he had planned to use it or if he had grabbed the new piece out of this set and swapped. The box also has a musty smell due to the garage.
