Description: Touchpad dipped and is 100% functional. This auction is for the controller only. It has been cleaned and tested and is 100% functional. I use Horizon Zero Dawn to test gameplay because multiple buttons can be used simultaneously to test for stick drift and button issues. I also use the playroom to test the touchpad and other features and my laptop to test general button functionality. Every controller is completely taken apart when cleaning and checked to make sure it's authentic Sony. I also put brand new screws on controller backs if the originals are too rough. They are slightly different but not really noticeable. The head of the screw is just a little bit bigger than the original. I can send a Pic side by side if you would like to see the difference. All of them are replaced so they are all the same. The shell and touchpad are original Sony and have been hand dipped and clear coated by me. (It is a lot easier for you to google or YouTube hydro dipping if you are not familiar with it than for me to try and explain it.) This is a used item so please see photos for cosmetic appearance and message if you have any questions about the controller or would like more photos. (All photos are of the actual item you will be receiving.) NO CORDS ARE INCLUDED. A USB 2.0 CORD IS REQUIRED TO SYNC THE FIRST TIME USING THAT METHOD. ALMOST ALL CORDS CHARGE BUT NOT ALL SYNC. I CAN ALSO GUIDE YOU THRU THE BLUETOOTH METHOD IF YOU NEED HELP. PAYMENT IS REQUIRED WITHIN 4 DAYS OF AUCTION ENDING OR WILL BE MARKED AS UNPAID CANCELLATION.
