Description: Make sure to BOOKMARK OUR EBAY STORE and check out OUR NEWLY LISTED ITEMS This is an incredible Silver Surfer run, featuring Silver Surfer #1-86, published by Marvel Comics from 1987-1993, in addition to the classic Stan Lee and John Byrne one-shot from 1982. These are key issues in the run, with some of the best stories. Includes so many of the classic characters from the Surfer mythos over the years, including Galactus, the Fantastic Four, Shalla Bal, Eternity, Drax the Destroyer, the Kree and Skrulls, Nova, Firelord, The Stranger, Mantis, Beta Ray Bill, Thor, Mephisto, Terrax, Morg, Nebula, and more. Features the classic early Steve Englehart and Marshall Rogers stories, leading into the later Jim Starlin and Ron Lim run, which includes many great Infinity Gauntlet and Infinity War crossover issues, and then the later Ron Marz issues. Issue #28 is a rare double cover error (2 front covers and 2 back covers), with some edgewear to the top right side edge of both front covers. Issue #34 has been signed on the cover by legendary SS artist Ron Lim (see second picture). Issue #50 is the 2nd printing, and this issue and #75 are special foil-enhanced covers. Conditions generally range from F to VF, with some issues having a bit more wear. Many issues just have minor handling wear, with spine stress lines probably being the most common, and some issues also having a spine roll or slight spine roll. Issue #2 has small edgewear tears on the back cover. Issue #3 has a bend/crease mark at the top right that goes throughout the book. Issue #8 has heavy creasing at the lower right side of the front cover and lower left of the back cover. Issue #16 has some cover creasing. Issue #19 has creasing on both the front and back covers. Issue #32 has some heavy cover creasing. Issue #39 has a large uneven spine roll. Issue #41 has what looks like a paper clip indentation mark on the top part of the book. Issue #45 is a low grade copy with heavy wear along the spine of the back cover, and tearing at the staples. Issue #49 has cover creasing. Issue #54 is a low grade copy that has a tear in the front cover next to the lower staple. Issue #70 has a large uneven spine roll. Issue #86 has a small rip around the bottom staple. As this is a large and extensive collection, the total weight is close to 15 pounds.
