These fan shrouds allow the installation of a single or a pair of or and are designed to mount to our and universal aluminum radiators. These shrouds mount to the radiator’s top and bottom core channels. The top of the shroud hooks onto the radiator’s top channel, while the bottom of the shroud is intended for a bolt through or other fastening solution. We have now kitted a fastener package that utilizes stainless steel button head bolts and zinc plated nylon locking nuts to make your fan shroud and electric cooling fan installation that much easier. The packaged 1/4-20 bolts and nuts are for your electric fan(s), and we include enough hardware for two fans if you are running one of our dual fan shroud options. The 10-32 hardware included is for mounting the shroud to the radiator’s bottom lip. Both the shroud and fan mounting holes must be drilled per the included instructions. Fan shroud may be installed with the radiator in the vehicle, but we highly recommend mocking up everything for clearance and then removing the radiator to allow more precise drilling of the mounting holes and assembly of the fan/shroud/radiator.
