Description: Vintage S. Kirk and Son Inc. Sterling Silver cake server in the Calvert Pattern. Measures approximately 10 1/4" in length.Marked S. Kirk & Son Inc. on one side of the server and the other side is not marked; server part appears to be stainless steel but not marked as such.The handle is marked at the notch and says S. Kirk & Son Inc. on one side and the other side says Sterling Pat. Please refer to photos as they are part of my description. This piece is from an estate and needs some polishing; also some noted small surface scratches and / or blemishes which are consistent with vintage sterling silver flatware.I do not claim to be a silver expert but through research I believe this piece is from the 1920's. No monograms.Overall beautiful piece from a smoke free and pet free home!Thank you!
