There is some wear and some minor fading on the cover art also there is some heavy wrinkling on the insert mainly on the spine. Not sure if it has some very minor water damage or if it is just bunched up from the case. The case also has a damaged closure clip. The cartridge has some sticker residue on the edges. But otherwise the cartridge & label are very nice. SORRY NO MANUAL. WE COMBINE SHIPPING ON EVERYTHING!! Please remember that all vintage and used items have odors from their various origins. They are acquired from places like swap meets, estate sales, thrift stores, flea markets and yard sales making their histories unknown. They could be environmental from storage or from pets or smoking.
