Book is in very nice condition, acquired from the Law Office of a local attorney in Brunswick Ga who retired earlier this year, no doubt he or his father attended this event. Book has high quality dark brick red cloth boards, very light wear, clean sharp edges and corners, nice clean stamped gilt printing on spine, spine not sunned. NOT EX LIBRARY! Strong, square tight binding, good undamaged hinges, text blocks quite clean, lightly and evenly toned. Inside contains no marks or writing of any kind, no creased, damaged or soiled pages, some moderate foxing first and last 6 pages. A very nice copy of an almost impossible to find piece for a fair price!
