This tshirt is in excellent condition no rips or stains for a vintage tshirt. 100% cotton made in the USA! Chuck was an active member of his community and served as a member of a number of committees and boards of directors prior to being elected to the Durham City Council in 1989. He served in this capacity until 1993. During his time as an elected official, Chuck spearheaded the effort to "keep the Bulls in Durham" and was largely responsible for the erection of the beautiful Durham Bulls Ballpark as we now know it.
