Rare Vtg 1984 Misfits T Shirt. Original White Single Stitch, I bought in 1984.

Description: I bought this Misfits shirt from Smash in Georgetown in 1984. It sports the original band logo before it was made similar to the Famous Monsters magazine lettering. This T-shirt features the now more popular than ever swipe from the Republic Pictures villain, The Crimson Ghost. The condition is very good and you can tell it was taken care of, however there is some slight dinginess from age. Buyer might want to clean as it has been in storage for years. It doesn't show signs of excessive wear as it wasn't worn out much and was retired around 1986/87. There is a slight one inch discoloration streak about the width of a mascara brush around the back lower waist area that is barely visible and doesn't really show. (see photos) Size is marked XL but looks smaller by todays standards and would probably be more suitable for women or smaller sized men. There has been some shrinking from washing as well. It measures 24" front neck to hem, 21" armpit to armpit, and 19" shoulder to shoulder. Original and in nice condition for a 40 year old shirt, a rare find.
