Description: This is a rare label vintage wool blanket and though researched widely cannot find the company - it is a dense wool fringed throw of large checks browns and seafoam almost aqua colors. I found a blanket with similar edition of the label but no history. If you can clue me who is the mill, I would appreciate solving the mystery! It is mid century at least. Maker tag is genie like character on a flying carpet with initials M A P - the "A" being lowered in the logo. Pre-owned used well with subtle stains - note largest on photo - and a small thread break area. Note a missing fringe and I may have missed something minor subtle. Ideal cabin rustic ambiance, bed throw. Blanket has been washed with wool products and was improved as to stains. It is quite usable or great for DIY project as a satchel. It is a very dense warm blanket probably mid century from wool. Size 57" X 66" approx. 2 lbs 10 oz. before packing
