Description: The latest model Rainbow SRX vacuum cleaner. You get everything you see in the pictures. Unit has never been used. However, not being an authorized dealer, I can not sell it as new. Nor does it come with manufacturers warranty. I do guarantee it to arrive in perfect condition though. If it gets damaged in transit and does not work on arrival – I will take care of all issues at my expense. I would accept it back for refund. I would even provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label but there would be 15% restocking fee. The package is pretty big and heavy. With insurance and signature confirmation shipping is very expensive so 15% restocking fee would barely cover shipping both ways. However, you must NOT use the vacuum. The moment you set the nozzle on the carpet, dust will get into the system and the vacuum will never again be in the condition it is in now. “I don’t like it ” is not a return reason. Please make sure you want the vacuum before you buy it from me. If you are not sure whatever you like it or not, try doing your research locally, where a seller would let you try it and buy it from them. Shipping such bulky thing across the country for research purposes is just not efficient.
