Description: This example is an early prohibition shaker by Meriden, that in other iterations lasts up until the late thirties. This shaker features the desirable proud kissy-lips spout surprisingly complete with its cork stopper. These old shakers are almost impossible to find complete with their cork stopper - they were just too easy to lose; being complete makes this a more desirable piece for today and tomorrow.It also shows another example of thoughtful design, the shaker has milgrain decoration around the stopper opening and this same milgrain around the stopper - see photo # 4.Shipping incudes tracking and insurance.
