Description: Fantastic Pre-Columbian inspired gigantic frog pendant. From my research I can tell that it is based on an artifact from the Chiriqui culture of Costa Rica, which is part of the collection at the Metropolitan Museum of New York. Presumably there was a very similar depiction of frogs in Pre-Columbian Peruvian culture, as this was made in Peru. As you can see in the pictures, there are some dark marks on the metal of the pendant and the necklace, which I think adds to it's charm. Other than the age spots, the necklace is in good solid working condition, and it should last several lifetimes.
