My guess is this batch of sockets is from the latter, who are still cranking out excellent domestic manufactured hand tools these days. If my primary and secondary toolboxes weren't already fully stocked with 1/2" drive, I would likely have kept this set, but alas, this Powr-Kraft socket set can go on to a better home.
