Description: I bought a lot of ps4’s this is the last one I have I worked on it cleaned out the inside new thermal paste. Seems tho the stuck blue solid light is on the power button. Tried to reset nothing would t go into safe mode I think it’s the hdmi I check the prongs on the mother board it looked good so idk what gives but it runs. an doesn’t over heat a it sound super quiet.
