These bridle straps are very high quality with heavy duty Fabrilite tips. For Rhodes:The Fender Rhodes action is heavily dependent on the bridle strap.Broken bridle straps mean the damper never leaves the tine and results in a dead note.A sagging or stretched bridle strap means the damper will barely lift off the tine resulting in a shortened or muffled sound.Also, because the damper spring acts as part of the key return, weak bridle straps will affect the playing action. Bridle straps are a great, and inexpensive way to greatly improve the Fender Rhodes.There are some good videos on youtube regarding installation.My only additional advice being make sure you stretch each bridle strap before installation. For Piano:These plain bridle straps are the most common for acoustic pianos but there are several styles so be sure which you need.Installation of bridle straps on acoustic pianos can vary a bit and requires a modest amount of technical skills and knowledge.There are a number of good videos on youtube that deal with replacement.
