Description: Pair of Grazing Rabbits Blue Staffordshire Tranferware 10 Inch Soup Bowls 1810s Fine pair of antique blue Staffordshire transferware rimmed soup bowl 9 3/4 inches wide by 1 3/8 inch tall in the "Grazing Rabbits" pattern. This is an early pattern, made by several potteries, with a floral rim surrounding a bucolic scene of grazing rabbits. It dates to the 1810s. Excellent, no chips or cracks. Some fine clear crazing of the glaze. Very minor utensil marks in the center of the bowl. Please view the detail photos. The pair weighs 1 lb 12 oz (shipping weight 3 lbs).
