On the cross, placed round medallion , filled dark crimson enamel, the center of which - blue enamel circle with the State Emblem of Ukraine. At the top of the medallion above the circle - the inscription: "For muzhnŃ–st " at the bottom, along the edges - two laurel branches. Outlines medallion circle , inscription, gilt laurel branches . All images are embossed. Cross size - 41 x 41 mm .Cross with a ring and ear connects with pentagonal deck , covered with silk moire ribbon. On the tape - lengthwise strips : wide - yellow in the middle and two blue edges, narrow - crimson , white and yellow in between the edges.
