Lid depicting in English and Hebrew "Jerusalem", please see photos. Lid sits tight, hinge is secure - no play. No maker/manufacturer marks. Some handwritten pencil marks on base underside. Made in Jerusalem, Palestine, ca.1920's.-1940's. Pictures will tell you more. Approx: Width (excl. base): 2-3/4in. (70mm.) Height: 1-1/4in. (32mm.) Depth (excl. base): 2in. (50mm.)
