Description: This is an Estate Fresh old piece of Native American Pottery from a local Estate home. Its a LARGE OLD 40s 50s 10" KEWA - SANTO DOMINGO NATIVE AMERICAN RED POTTERY POT w TULIP Dec - It comes in very nice condition as described above and pictured. The piece came from 2 different long time sequential collections. This is a beautiful piece. It has a pattern containing the Santo Domingo Tulip. It has a main motif that is really interesting, Its a Tulip Flower but laid on its side. The Family told that their mom had bought this in the 50's from another previous collector that owned it before she did. This is the info I rec'd when I bought the piece. There were several early pieces at this home that sadly, I did not get. This one is still a really good piece. It has been stored away many years. There is no doubt it is an older piece. It shows good wear on the bottom to help support its old age. It stands 6.75" tall x 10" in diameter at the widest.
