Description: This is a pair of size 7 Official Roller Derby men's leather roller skates with the original case. These roller skates are in decent condition; The original wood wheels are definitely worn, and the frame is pretty rusty. But the leather itself is decent, with just a handful of scuffs and still looks quite white. Plus the inside isn't rotten, and I was able to try them on. They don't say whether they're men's or women's, but I wear a size 9 women's shoe which is a size 7 men's. I can put these on and they're just a little bit long, and honestly a little bit narrow. So that tracks, as a men's seven. The original case is actually really cool! The latches still work, and it pops open as it should. The hinges are in good shape. The box itself is pretty beat up because it clearly got tons of use. But, for a vintage box that's over 50 years old, I'd have to say that I'm impressed. I'm an everything seller, and I don't know much about these vintage racing leather skates. I was big into roller skating in my youth, and these just brought up nice memories for me. I did purchase these at an estate auction, and I hope they go to a collector who will appreciate them. They are heavy to ship, but I am offering free USPS ground advantage shipping and local pickup.
