NOS FORD FOMOCO 67 68 MUSTANG BOSS COBRA IGNITION DOOR TRUNK GLOVEBOX LOCKS

Description: This is a NOS Ford Ignition, door, trunk and glove box lock for the 67 68 Ford Mustang and other models with the trunk locks mounted on the the rear deck panel. The ignition and doors are keyed alike and the trunk and glove box lock are keyed alike. All of these keys have the "FORD" on one side and "Family of fine cars" on the other side. These trunk lock are the older style which the retainer clips only going one way to mount. The new NOS and reproduction locks, you can use the clip either top to bottom or side to side to mount. This one there is only one way, top to bottom. I have both styles if you need the side to side, the locks are the same just the way the clip goes on to hold them in place is different. The older books state that the rear deck mounted is vertical and the trunk lid mounted is horizontal, however I have also seen the rear decks horizontal and trunk lids vertical. This set has the vertical and can be swapped out for the horizontal if needed. If it is not noted or asked prior to buying, this style will be sent. When these were made into these sets, the locks were cleaned up and the chrome was cleaned and checked for any damages. Some of the lock bodies still may have slight dirt and grime on them, but after all some of them have been sitting in these boxes for several decades If you looking for other locks for cars or trucks of almost any year, let me know I most likely have some.
