Marked with Green M Wreath Hand Painted Made In Japan puts this in the transition between Nippon and the Art Deco era. 1918-1921. Piece has quite a bit of wear on the gilded edges, but no cracks or chips. There are some scratches on the surface around the flowers. There are a couple of glaze spots/impurities on the bottom and edge that can be seen in the pictures. View all pictures before purchase to make sure the condition is acceptable to you.
