Description: Nice Mixture 9 New Year Antique Postcards, Gold / Silver Trim. Scenes, Clocks This is a nice selection of NEW YEAR postcards that are ANTIQUE from the early 1900s. This mixture is colorful and has the classic New Year motifs such as: SNOWY HOME & RURAL SCENES, HOLLY & BERRIES, FLOWERS, SUNSETS, CLOCKS, FRIENDSHIP MESSAGES, etc. The postcards are nicely drawn, and they have good detail that makes them pleasing to look at. These are flat printed postcards with 6 having GOLD TRIM, and one having SILVER TRIM in the design. They were made by different publishers. These are good postcards to add to a collection. They would appeal to collectors because of their age, their colorful and attractive nature, and the way they capture life back in the early 1900s. Overall, a nice selection of antique New Year postcards at a reasonable price. The postcards are UNPOSTED (3) and POSTED (6) with cancel dates of 1908-18. Some of these postcards would have been "Printed in Germany" during the "Golden Age of Postcards" (1908-1915 era). They have DIVIDED backs. These are BETTER POSTCARD and good for a collector. The postcards will keep their value! They are in good condition. However, please expect some creases, cuts, stains and edge wear due to their age. The photos show the postcards and the backs. The postcards are shipped in a sturdy envelope. We only ship within the USA; we do not ship internationally. USA shipping is with tracking, and we use eBay Standard Envelope mail when the value is under $20 and the weight is under 3 oz; and, we use USPS First Class mail when the value is over $20 or the weight is over 3 oz.
