Description: Ne'Qwa, which is an art form that has been practiced for many centuries. It's an old tradition of painting on the inside of glass. The same techniques that captivated the imagination of Emperors, Queens, and art connoisseurs of old have been brought back by Ne'Qwa. Cindy Shamp was commissioned by Ne'-Qwa to decorate fragrance burners. If you are unfamiliar with fragrance burners, the chief reason for them is to purify the air while scenting.I collect them from Lampe Bergere to Lamp Avenue, and now Ne'Qwa. Don't be afraid to try these. This isn't an open flame. You light a "stone" in the middle that acts like a charcoal bric-ket . It flames then turns that reddish color when it's ready to be blown out. It then smoulders under a decorative cap that allows heated aroma to escape. When you are finished burning it you smother the "stone" with the solid cap. There is a funnel included to get the fuel inside. The center "stone"and attached wick lasts for about a year.
