Ask questions before purchasing. In most cases I know the year the item was issued. All items come with original factory boxes unless specified as used with NOB. Many dealers sell items as “pre-owned” without the box. I do not accept returns because most items are in mint condition. If you run it on a track then return it, it becomes used with wear marks on the wheels.
