Lastly, there are a few pamphlets featuring stamps from Chile and Peru (there are no actual stamps on the pamphlets.) There are a couple of stamps/ envelope sets from Peru, also. They come compiled, sleeved, in a notebook. No foxing or stains on the envelopes or stamps. This collection is from the estate of an avid and serious stamp collector. Items from a smoke-free home.
