Description: Miniature Dollhouse Antique Framed EDOUARD BISSON Pink gown & Tiny Cherub HP *******COMPLETELY MADE BY HAND...see the process below*****During the times when these large paintings were in vogue, wealthy people would hang them over their fireplaces for a stunning and dramatic result!I ADORE this framed image of Edouart Bisson's LOVELY painting! A gorgeous lady in a flowing pink gown. She looks like she's gliding throught the sky! Be sure to notice the tiny little cherub to her sideThis one measures 3" by 4.5" and the combination of the image and the ornate frame is magical! *******For the frame I started with a handmade mold, mixed the 2 part epoxy resin and carefully filled it into the little cavity of the mold. When it was cured I took it out, sanded out each little imperfection, and painted it with luscious paints colors that I mix myself. Each one is a little different and has it's own unique personality! Depending on the look I'm going for I may mix and blend as many as 6 or 7 colors and 4 different tints of gold. I mounted the little print into the frame and finished it wit some antique wax. On the back I mounted a darling little snippet of birds from an antique postcard, so it looks just as wonderful as the front. Because of all these things, each frame is unique and "one of a kind" I worked very hard to make this little treasure look as authentic as possible! Each and every bit of paint and speck of gold were added on purpose to recreate that wonderful distressed look we all love!
